Gift Cards:
- They are non refundable.
- A gift card lasts up to a year.
- They are only redeemable at our mainstore.

- Our mainstore is located at Yggdrasill Castle, the slurl will lead you to the main spawning point however you can both fly to where the red arrow indicates or use the teleport sign next to the main TP sign!

Please Remember:
- We do NOT Honor Alt accounts.
- Non Transfer Items are NOT Refundable however if there's a problem we'll send you a new one.
- If you bought the same COPY item twice please feel free to contact us and we'll gladly refund you.
- Transfer Items are are refundable ONLY within 24 hours; there are plenty of ways to contact us, if you don't trust SL messaging system please send us an e-mail. If there's a specific problem with the item in question contact us so we can see what the issue is and if needed exchange it for a new one. If something else messed up you're still free to contact us but we'll take that on a case to case basis.
Failed delivery:
- For failed delivery or similar issues IN-WORLD please IM Basil Slade with the transaction ID, you can easily find this if you go to the Second Life website and search in your transaction history.
- For failed delivery from slx please check the following URL in slx: Marketplace - If Your Purchase is not Delivered .
- For failed delivery from OnRez please contact me directly with the time of purchase and the name of the item you purchased.
- We will gladly replace any COPY item that SL has eaten.
- If your item is Trans/No Copy IM Basil Slade directly as we'll deal with this on a case to case basis however please don't be upset if this item isn't replaced. Unfortunately there are way too many scammers in around and we can't always take our chances.
- If your scripted item is giving you a stack heap collision please select the item as if you were to edit it, then go to your Tools Menu on the topbar and select "Reset Scripts in Selection". If this option is unavailable or this doesn't fix the issue feel free to contact Basil Slade.
- If your scripted item is giving you some sort of issue like menus screwing up, not popping up etc. first check the Second Life® Blog to see if there are in-world issues, if there aren't then please contact us directly.
